The Peter Shergold Building at 1 Parramatta Square is home to Western Sydney University (WSU) students, retail tenants and commercial tenants. The lobby refresh will become an energized arrival space where university, commercial and retail tenants are united as one.

A design that complements the WSU educational campus, is future focused in its approach to interactions within and without 1PSQ and carefully considers the cohesion of existing architecture and new spaces.

The design creates a welcoming and warm lobby that offers comfortable and flexible social spaces, welcome points and temporary work zones, accommodating various lengths of stays, from fleeting to lingering.
